HOW TO HELP US
We are pooling funds through donations from members, non-government organization, other charitable trusts, and from private persons. At present we are receiving donations in the following types and those who want to donate can choose one of the following type of sponsorship whichever is convenient / affordable to them.
DONATION TYPES
- To donate once a year in any month convenient to the donor.
- To adopt a particular month in every year.
- To donate bulk amounts.
- To adopt,conduct and finance camps in their own villages/towns.
- Can donate rice, clothes.
- Can serve food in a month.
TRANSPERENCY/ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE DONOR:
We will send to the donor the following documents which will show donor how the funds are utilized/spent.
- Medicines Distribution Summary.
- Price List (i.e. total cost of medicines).
Following are the sample documents of funds utilization.
Notes:
- Cheques can be drawn favouring “ GOPALAM BRAMARAMBA RAMASWAMY FOUNDATION ” payable at Bapatla.
- Donors will be issued a Receipt enclosed by I.T.Exemption Form.
- Donations made to us are exempted under Sec.80G. Income Tax Act..1961, Vide F.No.I(47)R-1/CIT-GNT/06-07, Dated 21st August, 2007.
